MUSIC VIDEO: Alyssa Bernal - Soaking Up The Sun

The jaunty "Soaking Up The Sun" is the new single from Demi Lovato/Selena Gomez hybrid Alyssa Bernal's upcoming debut album, out digitally via Star Trak/Interscope Records this November. The summery tune is co-written by James Morrison and ultra-talented producer Martin Terefe - whose production credits also include the likes of Jason Mraz, Pharell, Beverly Knight and various others. Alyssa's debut LP will also include debut single "Cali Cali Cali" and "Hold Me Tight", a duet with Lifehouse singer Jason Wade

MUSIC VIDEO: Beyoncé feat. J Cole - Party (Remix)

Debut pregnancy aside, Beyoncé has been unstoppable releasing music video after music video the past couple of months. The latest clip is for fan favourite "Party", originally featuring André 3000 of Outkast fame and a brief, uncredited contribution from Kanyé West (who also produced the song), which has now been reworked to feature up&coming rapper J Cole (André being unable to appear in music videos for all of his recent collaborations due to label drama). Destiny's Child band mate and honorary 'sister' Kelly Rowland as well as biological sibling Solange Knowles both cameo in the back-to-the-ghetto My Neck, My Back-esque cook-out visual.

Check it out below:

MUSIC VIDEO: Britney Spears - Criminal

For the first time in her career, Britney Spears looks set to score four consecutive radio smash hits in North America, with the guitar-driven Narnia-esque midtempo "Criminal" following "Womanizer", "Till The World Ends" and "I Wanna Go" right into the US Pop Radio Top 40 (current peak position of #28).

The visual is finally here and it's awesome. Gotta love the nod to her haters who say she always looks unhappy, bored, disinterested.

MUSIC VIDEO: James Morrison feat. Jessie J - Up

James Morrison is back with "Up", the second UK single to be lifted from third album "The Awakening". The album itself has already done pretty darn good, charting at #1 in the UK and going Gold within two weeks of release. Morrison is one of those mum-friendly acts who is able to build a whole career around middle of the road, unspectacular music of the blandest quality, with the very occasional gem. Unfortunately, as much as I'd like to like it, "Up" is far from being one of the gems. Featuring bisexual vocal 'marmite' act Jessie J, it's a pretty blatant attempt at recapturing the magic of "Broken Strings", his Nelly Furtado collaboration which is also James' biggest commercial hit to date. The right components (most notably Morrison's own voice) are all there but the finished product just falls flat.

The music video for the song, which features the ever-edgy Jessie J wearing a shirt prominently featuring the "Illuminati" all-seeing eye, can be seen below:

MUSIC VIDEO: Olly Murs - Dance With Me Tonight

X-Factor Series 6 runner-up and The Xtra Factor presenter Olly Murs, best known for his reggae/ska/pop fusion sounds, is following up his chart-topping smash hit "Heart Skips A Beat" with a new single called "Dance With Me Tonight". The song is quite different to the awesome summery-ness of "Heart"; strangely, comparisons to Michael Bublé, Duffy and old standard "Rockin' Around The Christmas Tree" are not unfounded.

I can't say I'm very taken with the song at all (personally I think it's a bit shit), but it's so radically different to the overwhelming electro-pop bulk of what is currently radio staple that it could well end up lading the true lad extraodinaire yet another huge chart hit.

"Heart Skips A Beat" (hands down one of the year's best releases thus far) and "Dance With Me Tonight" serve as the first singles to be lifted from Olly's upcoming sophomore LP "In Case You Didn't Know" - which, unfortunately for the world of Pop, he has confirmed will be largely different to 'Heart'.

Catch the visual for 'Tonight' below:

NEW MUSIC: Coldplay feat. Rihanna - Princess Of China

Coldplay featuring Rihanna. Song is called "Princess of China".

I need an epic music video of the 30 Seconds To Mars variety for this, NOW.

(Also, huge thanks to uploader for song & great quality!)

MUSIC VIDEO: Kelly Rowland feat. Big Sean - Lay It On Me

Destiny's Child diva and X-Factor UK judge Kelly Rowland has finally premiered the music video for her sexy new single "Lay It On Me", which features rap verses courtesy of up&comer Big Sean. The accompanying visual is appropriately racy and features Kelly at her sexiest, although on the down-side it seems the budget was about as minimal as the lamentably brief dance choreography.

A video for new UK single "Down For Whatever" is also due out soon.

Here's hoping to plenty more hits for Miss Kelly, God knows she deserves them.

VIDEO TEASER: The Saturdays - My Heart Takes Over

saturdays takes over e1317227391834 Teaser: The Saturdays My Heart Takes Over Video

I've never really "got" The Saturdays, who come across to me as a rather basic version of Girls Aloud, who weren't all that interesting in the first place (bar their rather exceptional early singles). Still, they've had their fair share of hit singles so maybe I'm missing something and need to take some time out to delve into their back catalogue..

Be that as it may, their new album "On Your Radar" comes out November 21st and is preceded by current single "My Heart Takes Over", release digitally one week prior on November 13th.

MUSIC VIDEO: Beyoncé - Countdown

As her pregnancy progresses, Beyoncé will be releasing a number of music videos to accompany all or most of the songs from her latest LP "4". In addition to two video edits of lead single "Run The World (Girls)", fans have already been graced with videos for follow-up single release "Best Thing I Never Had" and promotional release "1+1". A video has been shot for "Party" featuring Kanyé West and André 3000; life-long friend and "sister" Kelly Rowland appears alongside Beyoncé, as will rapper J Cole, who features on the upcoming official remix of the song and shot additional scenes for a remix video this past week. Lastly, the premiere of a preview indicates the video for "Love On Top" - confirmed as the next single in Australiua - will also follow shortly.

With so much to look forward to (even if Bey's videos are notoriously low-budget, especially when done in bulk) I present to you the video for Beyoncé's latest single, "Countdown", which sees the diva doing full choreography despite a rather obvious baby bump. The visuals makes various references to art, fashion and dances of the past, with the most prominent nod being to the late Audrey Hepburn in Funny Face.

Probably not the smash hit she would benefit from at this point, but not bad at all.

NEW MUSIC: Will.i.am. feat. Jennifer Lopez & Mick Jagger - Hard

Black Eyed Peas' frontman, rapper and producer Will.i.am enlists the vocal help of reigning latina diva Jennifer Lopez and rock legend Mick Jagger for club banger "Hard", which will serve as the lead single from his upcoming solo album, "Black Einstein".

It's as awful as one would expect of any Will.i.am solo venture, but it's just possible that this will sell big on name alone (the name of the featured artists, that is). With a great video, who knows, it might just get played enough to catch on and become the huge solo hit which has remained elusive for Will thus far.

MUSIC VIDEO: Pixie Lott feat. Pusha T - What Do You Take Me For

British singer-songwriter and actress Victoria Louise "Pixie" Lott has just unleashed the visual for her new single, "What Do You Take Me For", which features a rap cameo from Pusha T, best known as one-half of critically acclaimed American rap duo Clipse.

The release follows up lead single "All About Tonight" which recently became Pixie's third UK Number 1 single. The song will be available for download on November 6th, one day before Pixie's upcoming second album "Young Foolish Happy", which will also feature collaborations with Stevie Wonder and John Legend.

I'm undecided over the song itself - it's not exactly generic but not particularly memorable either. Pusha T's rap is equally throw-away. That said, Pixie looks fabulous and the actual video heavily channels Keri Hilson at her sexiest, a great look which seems to be working very well for Miss Lott. Enjoy below:

MUSIC VIDEO: Cher Lloyd feat. Mike Posner - With Ur Love

The music video for Cher Lloyd & Mike Posner's collaboration "With Ur Love" is now out.

Other than the fact "Swagger Jagger" topped the charts on it's first week, I think we can all agree it's better for all involved to just consider this [far better song] Cher's debut single. Just...yeah. Enjoy the cutesy video below:

NEW MUSIC: Bombs & Bottles - When The Lights Go Out

Bombs & Bottles is a young electro-pop artist/DJ/producer from New York. "When The Lights Go Out" is the first single taken from his upcoming 5-track EP titled "Tonight", which will be out sometime in the next few weeks. The EP "chronicles a night out on the town from both a man and woman's perspective, their chase through the club and a passionate fling at the end of the night and encompasses many musical genres from House, Pop, Electro and Dubstep" which all sounds very promising.

As male Pop vocalists go, Bombs & Bottles is sounding pretty darn promising - definitely one to bookmark for future reference. 'Lights' itself is certainly a damned good track and worth a few consecutive listens, which you can do below:

NEW MUSIC: Nick Cannon - Warning (Remix)

Rapper-presenter-businessman extraordinaire Nick Cannon continues to prove he's much more than just 'Mr Mariah Carey' with his remix of Uncle Murda's hard-hitting "Warning", which directly references nemesis and former Mariah-love interest Eminem, who dissed both Nick and Mariah in his explicit-ladden diss "The Warning" a while back. (The Warning itself was a response to Mariah's smash hit "Obsessed", which itself was a response to various Em tracks which referenced her and her husband).
